Frequently asked questions

Exit at New Westminster Station and head up to the second-floor mall concourse. We are signed inside the Shops at New West, a short walk from the platform.

Yes. New Westminster is our vestibular therapy studio. Assessment includes BPPV (positional vertigo) testing, vestibular hypofunction screening, and concussion-related dizziness.

Yes. New Westminster is our dedicated bike-fitting studio. Sessions are run by a physiotherapist with cycling-specific training, using video gait and pedal-stroke analysis.

No. In British Columbia you can see a physiotherapist directly, with no doctor's referral. Check your insurance, though: a few extended health plans require a physician's referral before they reimburse, so it helps to confirm your plan's rules ahead of your first visit.

We direct-bill ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims and most major extended health insurers (Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, and Green Shield among them), with MSP supplementary benefits for patients who qualify for premium assistance. When direct billing isn't possible, we hand you an itemized receipt to claim back.
