USE OF THIS PLATFORM DOES NOT CREATE, AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS CREATING, A PROVIDER-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP, A THERAPIST-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP, A FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP, OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE USER AND ALPHAIT LTD., OR BETWEEN THE USER AND ANY LISTED CLINIC OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER.
Any communication, interaction, or appointment booking that occurs between a User and a listed clinic is conducted entirely at the User's discretion and is solely between the User and that independent third-party clinic. Alphait Ltd. is not a party to any such interactions and assumes no responsibilities arising therefrom.
2.3 — No Employment or Agency Relationship
The Platform does not employ physiotherapists, healthcare professionals, clinic staff, or any other regulated health practitioners. No listed individual or clinic is an agent, employee, partner, or representative of Alphait Ltd. The mere appearance of a clinic or practitioner on this Platform does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Alphait Ltd.

THE CONTENT ON THIS PLATFORM DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, CLINICAL GUIDANCE, THERAPEUTIC RECOMMENDATIONS, HEALTH DIAGNOSES, OR TREATMENT PLANS OF ANY KIND. NOTHING ON THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE RELIED UPON AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT FROM A QUALIFIED, LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL.

We do not endorse any particular provider or treatment approach, and the presence of a listing does not imply that Alphait Ltd. has assessed the quality, suitability, or appropriateness of the listed clinic for any User's particular needs.
4.2 — No Verification of Credentials or Licensing
ALPHAIT LTD. DOES NOT INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY, CONFIRM, OR GUARANTEE THE PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS, REGULATORY REGISTRATION, LICENSURE, QUALIFICATIONS, INSURANCE STATUS, OR CLINICAL COMPETENCE OF ANY CLINIC OR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.
Users bear sole responsibility for independently verifying the professional credentials and licensing status of any clinic or practitioner with the applicable regulatory college or professional body in their province or territory (such as, without limitation, provincial physiotherapy regulatory colleges). User Responsibilities

6.2 — No Responsibility for Third-Party Services
ALPHAIT LTD. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO, THE SERVICES, ACTS, OMISSIONS, NEGLIGENCE, MISCONDUCT, ADVICE, TREATMENTS, OR OTHER CONDUCT OF ANY LISTED CLINIC OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INJURY, HARM, ADVERSE OUTCOME, OR LOSS SUFFERED BY A USER IN CONNECTION WITH SERVICES RECEIVED FROM ANY CLINIC FOUND THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

Any dispute, claim, or concern arising from your interactions with a listed clinic or healthcare provider must be resolved directly between you and that provider. Alphait Ltd. shall not be involved in, nor bear any responsibility for, resolving such disputes.

Alphait Ltd. endeavours to ensure that the information on the Platform is accurate and up to date; however, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees — whether express, implied, or statutory — as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Platform.
Clinic listings may be submitted by third parties, aggregated from public sources, or may have changed since last updated. Information on the Platform, including but not limited to clinic names, addresses, telephone numbers, service descriptions, and operating hours, may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate at the time of access.
Alphait Ltd. reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to correct errors, update information, or remove listings at any time and without prior notice. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CANADIAN FEDERAL AND PROVINCIAL LAW, ALPHAIT LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Physical injury, bodily harm, disability, illness, or death arising from reliance on information obtained through the Platform or from services received from any listed clinic;
Loss of income, revenue, profits, data, business, or goodwill;
Emotional distress, pain, or suffering;
Damages resulting from the inaccuracy, incompleteness, or outdated nature of any clinic listing or Platform content;
Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
Damages arising from any conduct of any third-party clinic, healthcare provider, or other third party accessed through the Platform;
Any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, including but not limited to contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and regardless of whether Alphait Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain categories of damages, the liability of Alphait Ltd. shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law. In jurisdictions that limit, but do not entirely exclude, liability, the total aggregate liability of Alphait Ltd. to a User for all claims shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alphait Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) arising out of or in connection with:
Your access to or use of the Platform;
Any breach by you of these Terms;
Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
Any content you submit to or through the Platform;
Your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
Any dispute between you and a listed clinic or healthcare provider;
Any injury, harm, or loss arising from healthcare services you received through a provider discovered on the Platform.
Alphait Ltd. reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with us in asserting any available defenses.

Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 — Ownership
The Platform and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Website (the "Content"), are the exclusive property of Alphait Ltd. or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.2 — Limited License to Users
Alphait Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. By submitting any content to the Platform (including clinic reviews, contact forms, or listings), you grant Alphait Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

Privacy Policy and PIPEDA Compliance
Alphait Ltd. is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its Users in full compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), S.C. 2000, c. 5, and all applicable provincial privacy legislation across Canada, including but not limited to PIPA (Alberta and British Columbia) and the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Québec), as applicable.

Upon termination or suspension of your access:
Your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease;
Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to Sections 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, and 13.
You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time. Discontinuing use does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to such discontinuation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, including applicable federal statutes, as well as the laws of the province or territory in which Alphait Ltd. is incorporated or principally operates, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that provincial laws across Canada may apply depending on the location of the User or the listed clinic, and that regulatory requirements for healthcare and privacy may differ between jurisdictions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable province or territory in Canada. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes.

Changes to These Terms
Alphait Ltd. reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date appearing at the top of this page. Where reasonably practicable, we may also provide notice to Users through the Platform or by other means.
