Alexis earned her Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University. She is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) specializing in upper extremity conditions from the elbow to the fingertips.

Ross is a 1995 graduate of the University of Manitoba. He completed his post-graduate Diploma of Manual and Manipulative Therapy in 2005. He has certifications in Gunn IMS and manual therapy. He has a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions and is a consultant physiotherapist to the BC Nordic Ski Team.
