You do not need a doctors referral to access our services. At your initial assessment, the physiotherapist may ask you to go see your family doctor if they deem it medically necessary.

Please bring your BC care card, preferred method of payment, your WSBC or ICBC claim number (if applicable) and appropriate clothing.

Yes, we care about your privacy and therefore every treatment room is behind a closed door. Clients using the gym facilities will be in an open area, however this is away from the waiting room for your privacy.

Shorts and tank tops are always a good idea as it allows us to keep you comfortable while providing you with the best possible care. There may be some circumstances where we may ask you to remove certain articles of clothing but we assure adequate draping will be provided.

Here at McCallum Physiotherapy we are told that we are different, but in a good way! We have extensive knowledge in anatomy, advanced biomechanics, and clinical reasoning which is the foundation of a musculoskeletal diagnosis. You will receive an experience that you will appreciate as our highly trained therapists will set you on the right path for recovery. If for some reason we can’t help, we will always send you in the right direction.

Yes, we offer direct billing to almost all extended health care plans. Please bring your plan number to your next visit.
