Frequently asked questions

The length of your appointment will vary depending on your situation. Generally initial appointments take about 30-45 minutes, while follow-up visits take approximately 30 minutes.

This will vary from patient to patient depending on the type of injury. At your first appointment your physiotherapist will complete an assessment and will be able to give you a much more accurate timeline. While your progress will depend on a variety of factors, it is common to feel improvement after just the first session.

We ask that you please give 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments or a service charge of 35$ will be applied.

Yes, we do direct billing for extended health benefits.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out a new patient form and to make the most of your session. Please bring the following: Carecard number.
