Lovepreet Kaur is a graduate of Trinity Western University, where she earned a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a major in Kinesiology. She is a registered member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and holds a Soft Tissue Release certification, along with experience in athletic therapy taping techniques to support injury management and recovery. She is passionate about helping clients regain their range of motion, strength, and mobility, enabling them to return to daily activities and enhance their overall quality of life. She takes a client-centered approach, designing individualized exercise programs.
