Please ensure all consent and intake forms are completed prior to your arrival. You should receive an email via Jane App. If you are unable to do so, you can complete this upon arrival but please ensure you give yourself enough time before your treatment time.

Please bring your care card and insurance benefits card if you have one. If you have an open ICBC Claim or WCB Claim, please bring your claim number. Please also bring any notes given to you by your primary health care provider or surgeon if applicable.

No, a doctor’s referral is not required. However, your insurance company may require one for direct billing. If you have had surgery, your surgeon may provide instructions for your recovery so please bring that to your session.

Before treatment, Rajan will conduct a thorough assessment, including history questions and orthopedic tests to understand your issues and concerns, and to create a personalized treatment plan. During treatment, Rajan will use a combination of manual therapy, movement and other modalities (eg. IMS, cupping, gua sha etc) to help address your issues. You may experience some therapeutic discomfort which is expected. Rajan will check in to ensure you are comfortable.
