Yes. The physiotherapists and staff are experienced with Workers' Compensation Board procedures. If you are injured at work, you should inform your employer and file a Worker's Report of Injury with WCB, which can be submitted online at www.wcb.ab.ca. WCB covers the initial visit and first treatment cost, with further approval depending on the severity of the injury; treatment is usually approved over a maximum of four consecutive calendar weeks.

Report the injury to your auto insurance company to open a motor vehicle claim, then book an assessment as soon as possible. The clinic's staff and physiotherapist will submit the AB-1 and AB-2 reports to your insurer and set a treatment plan based on your injuries. Your insurer may suggest a preferred clinic, but you have the right to choose your own therapist and clinic.

Yes. The clinic direct bills auto insurance companies and works with a range of extended health plans. Because health plans change without notice, it is best to confirm your physiotherapy coverage with your plan provider.

Treatment is delivered one-to-one between patient and therapist, with a plan built around your symptoms and history rather than a generic protocol. After treatment finishes, the clinic provides guidance to help prevent the injury or pain from returning.
