Wear clothing that allows you to move freely and comfortably. If there is an area of the body that requires assessment or treatment, wearing a garment that allows easy access to the area is ideal. For example, bring shorts for knees/ankles, sleeveless tops for shoulders. Forgot your gym clothes? We’ve got you covered - just ask our team for a spare set.

Our goal during this 60-minute appointment is to improve function, decrease pain, increase strength and build resilience. We strive to understand the “what” and uncover the “why” of our patients’ injury or entrance complaint with an in-depth assessment. Our patient-centred approach to treatment is built on education, hands on treatment as well as patient involvement through exercise and movement. These prescribed programs are designed to be simple and reproducible for home use.
