Movement-based rehabilitation is our focus. Ensuring sports injuries are assessed by a well-qualified professional at Trailside Physio ahead of returning to play is key for achieving optimum performance in your sport. As supporters of TORCA, the Kamino Running Group, and the Port Coquitlam Saints among many other programs, we are well versed in treating athletes of all types! While we have experience in treating a variety of sports injuries, we are also fully equipped to assist in the rehabilitation of many other ailments such as ligament tears and dislocations, chronic neck and back pain, stroke recovery, impaired balance, and dizziness, re-building strength and movement after surgery and much more.
