Amrit graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's in Human Kinetics in 2006 and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2011. She gained comprehensive patient care skills during a specialized residency at a Seattle orthopedic and sports medicine clinic. Specializing in manual therapy and functional dry needling, Amrit is actively advancing her expertise in orthopedic manual therapy and exploring visceral manipulation techniques.

Kevin holds a Kinesiology degree from Queen's University and a Master's in Physiotherapy from the University of Western Ontario, including a Sport Physiotherapy Fellowship at Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic. As a former varsity sprinter, Kevin applies his passion for exercise throughout his physiotherapy career. He has supported various sports teams at club, college, and professional levels, including football, hockey, rugby, baseball, and squash. Kevin enjoys helping people from all backgrounds overcome pain and improve function. His treatment integrates hands-on therapy, education, and active rehabilitation so patients can resume their favourite activities.

Lily earned her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto. Known for her vibrant energy and keen problem-solving abilities, Lily excels in listening and tailoring treatments to meet individual needs. She champions evidence-based practice, incorporating the latest research and clinical insights, and has contributed to various scholarly journals. An experienced athlete, Lily adeptly manages a range of orthopedic conditions using manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, such as mindfulness, postural correction, and myofascial release.
